Love it - though have to say that I'm not so much deaf as stupid; best not to be fiddling with your phone while running over evil tarmac (very rough, with many raised & broken bits) in the dark. Ow. Hopefully I've now learnt my lesson!

I'm a mileage worn hole guy! I don't get blisters running barefoot usually, just a worn hole on the left foot.

I had a blister free day today! 5.35 miles BF on nice dry pavement. The road grit / gravel sucked, especially as I got sidelined by traffic, but I soldiered on.
