Howdy, everyone! I am teaching an anatomy & physiology class, and we are coming up on the skeletal & muscular systems. After covering the muscles/bones of the leg and foot, I would love to show my class a video of good barefoot running form. The segue would be something like, "Now that we've learned all those muscles in the foot, let's see what they can do..."

What video would you show to a classroom that demonstrates barefoot running? I'm going for the "graceful, effortless" look. Thanks in advance!

I personally like this video. He shows that we can run over anything and makes it look easy. I think he is in the OR ch as well.

Dr. Mark Cucuzzella has one of the most beautiful barefoot running forms, if not the most beautiful running form, I have ever seen:

I agree about Dr. Mark C.'s video, but think that the MovNat is also very instructive in a different mode. They're short - play both!

For a class you may like the slow motion of Ken Bob Saxton on a treadmill.

It's not as motivating and beautiful as the other recommended videos but it makes it easy to explain. For inspiration my favorites are the first 2 recommended in this thread.
