I am really looking forward to Barefoot Ken Bob's book, Barefoot Running Step by Step which will be out in May. I ordered it a few days ago and will read and post a review on Amazon as soon as I get it as a way to get a the positive word out. He gave me some great running advice online which has helped a great deal. Want to support this book which will be great for the barefoot running we love. I thought we might post reviews here about the book and how Barefoot Ken Bob has supported the field.
