Barefoot 200 meter

I did a barefoot 200 meter a while ago for the Special Olympics virtual summer games. It felt interesting but I haven't ran athletically in a long time. I might take it slow.

Hi Tyler,
Would that be on grass? you should be fine with that. Just get some warm ups done and remember to lean forward and let your legs catch up.
