Im hairless. Completely. I was shaving my head and face, but I have started growing that out. So aside from the highest portions of my body I look like a 9 year old boy.
I wear compression shorts under my running shorts. The compression shorts help out with the thigh chaffing.
I use body glide.
To explain a little more in depth.... Its more like back of the sack / taint area thats chaffing. Its not TERRIBLLE by any stretch of the old imiganition, but the longest Ive ran is 50 miles. Im worried about 100K and 100 Mile distances (If I can ever get a consistent training base to attempt those distances...)
