It is almost pain-free now to walk. I got a cut and deep scrape on the sole when my foot hit a sharp rock getting out of the water after swimming. I am thinking of running in Merrell Trail Glove in 5K run on this coming Saturday as bleeding on the beach running barefoot would not help our cause and would slow my progress. Any suggestions?
Any super glue can work really well. Apply lightly though, once I didn't and it resulted in a hard bump feeling from the glue on my big toe. However, unless you are really determined to run barefoot, I think it would be best to give your foot a few days to get over the initial cut and run the 5K in shoes.
