A better late than never awakening on the nonpareil of barefoot running.

Yeah!  I was the first to

Yeah! I was the first to post on your new blog!

I know exactly what you mean when you talk about the difference in running with something on your feet (even majorly minimal) to barefoot. I have the same problems you do in footwear...it's just not as enjoyable, as freeing, and I don't feel like I want to go as far. In order to run my best, I have to run barefoot. -TJ

Adam, you sound positively

Adam, you sound positively philosophical. Good for you! Sounds, too, like you're coming out of the winter in excellent condition. You're going to have a great season, or as I have been thinking lately, you'll be running long and living well.

What's on your schedule for your next races?

Hey Joseph, thanks!   Given

Hey Joseph, thanks! Given the fact that this winter was brutal I did get alot more barefoot runs in than last year. I noticed my tolerance was a bit better this year for the cold.

I have a marathon on May 1st, my second one but will be my first barefoot one. I am actually running the Long Branch, NJ Marathon.

I have been doing this half marathon in my town for a few years now in June.

A few odds and ends here there, some 20k's, 10k's, etc. The summer I just go with the flow and pick and chose races.

How about you?
