I did it! I got my 50 mile plaque at about 2:30 this morning! I'll have a race report up in a couple of days, but it was a great time! The laps were 3.75 miles of rocks, gravel, and tree roots and for the fourth lap I changed into Trail shoes, but totally regretted it and couldn't wait to get back into my VFFs. There were 2 other runners in VFFs and one in Terra Plannas (said she was doing a shoe review for them). I feel like someone ran over me with a truck, but I'm very happy I got in so many miles!
