I'm feeling 3,000 miles with at least 2,000 of those being bf.

- Lose 10 - 15 lbs

- A top 10 finish at a race or a food eating contest

- Purchase a solid gold suit that looks good with minimalist dress shoes and then do a review of said suit

- Meet up with Dave, Chase, Jason et al at RR and have them think I'm enjoying our meeting while at the same time being standoffish enough so that other more respectable runners don't think that I actually know these dirty hippie bf types

Yea, who wants to be seen

Yea, who wants to be seen with those dirtbags?!

I havent told my wife that I

I havent told my wife that I want to lose 15 lbs, want to run a race bf or at least run it minimalist ( though I suspect she thinks it). Come in in the top 10? Might be more impressive if it wasn't 4thg in a local 5k with coffins on my feet.

LOL. My goal is to run a ton

LOL. My goal is to run a ton of miles, drink a ton of beers, and end up somewhere the same weight with less fat. And to cling to Bubba at RRUM so nobody can mistake him for being one of us barefoot hippies. Oh, my other goal is to keep my mouth shut about politics on facebook through the election.

Apparently i'm going to be a

Apparently i'm going to be a father in february but i'm plan to keep running at least 3 times a week and maybe do a half marathon BF if the swedish winter doesn't decide to stay until May. I want to take the barefooting to a whole new level and see another pair of birth shoes enter the world:)

In 2011...I lost my 15

In 2011...

I lost my 15 pounds , so that's checked off.

I ran my first race BF...check.

I ran my first HM.

No more babies barring divine intervention, deo gracias!

For 2012, that leaves...

...wishing I can come through the winter in decent shape to attack my spring races with something like the condition I had on Thanksgiving.

Learning to eat as smart as I know in my head how to do.

Running a double half marathon.

By the end of the year getting into good enough shape that I can run up some of these Trail Race hills that I have to walk up now. (Lots of hundred ups, to start with, will help, I think.) (How do guys older than I am run up them faster than I can run on flat ground!?!?!)

Happy New Year, everyone!

Congrats, Metal!  Babies are

Congrats, Metal! Babies are so precious!

I'm finally having surgery to

I'm finally having surgery to cut those mothers out of my feet: two neuromas on the left foot on January 6 and two neuromas on the right foot on January 13. (Stay tuned for pictures! Oh yes! I will have them to share! After all, you all need to see what I've been whining about these past three years, don't you?)

I hope to heal well and not gain too much more weight from having to be immobile.

Then I hope to get back to running after I've healed, so I can shed said weight after sitting around on my ass for seven weeks and just enjoy being able to run without incredible pain.

If I can do that, I will be pleased for 2012 and will then look forward to 2013 as a happier, healthier runner.

My goal is to lose 15-20lbs

My goal is to lose 15-20lbs of fat, race a 10k, 15k, and a half marathon and to minimize the injuries this year. I've recently learned that I have eating problems (can't seem to stop if the food is good) and so the losing weight is a huge goal for me. When I was younger this wasn't a problem as I was so incredibly active all the time, but now I just don't do as much, even when running everyday.

I also need to lose

I also need to lose 7-8lbs.

Also hoping to set my fastest marathon time yet in May.

Going to try to hit 10,000km this year of pure barefoot running.

1. To be driven to any race,

1. To be driven to any race, while riding shotgun in his kid's borrowed car seat, by none other than Chaser.

2. If we're all talking about weight then I would like to lose another 12-14 pounds. (I will let you guess what my weight will be.)

3. To be injury free!

4. To finally get endlessrunningwater.com & theshortwhiteguy.com up & running!

5. Run a race in only a Man-kini & pasties. (Too much?)

-Lose 30lbs-Find a barefoot

-Lose 30lbs
-Find a barefoot running partner
-Sub 2hr half
-First Barefoot Full in June (goal lass than 5hrs)
-Rerun my first 5k race on chip seal and kill it!
-Run with my Baby girl for her first 5k

There's more, but this is plenty long.

-Jonny

I am toying with the idea of

I am toying with the idea of a BF marathon. Or not.

Metal, huge congrats man!

Metal, huge congrats man! Although I want to put my kids in large boxes and ship them off somewhere far far away at times, they are freggin awesome! Best thing that can ever happen to a person!

My goals are...

-Buy an elephant and name him Greg.
-Give Shorty a ride to a race. Gas, grass, or ass... Nobody rides for free!
-Develop an addiction to cocaine and have a $10k a day habbit.
-Run 5 50 mile ultras, all in Texas.
-Gain 15 pounds, then loose it just to gain it right back.
-Build outdoor furniture.
-1:35 or under half marathon.
-Re-learn how to write in cursive.

Mine is just to get back into

Mine is just to get back into the same shape I was this time last year perferably in the next couple of months not over the whole year. A string of long vacations and injuries has me feeling pretty lame. I just want to be able to run my back to back 20 milers again; I miss them a lot. And maybe with any luck maybe even a bit faster since I'm a bit more time crunched this quarter. But the faster can be my year long goal.

-Build outdoor

-Build outdoor furniture.

Hahahahahahaha!

AJB, wishing you all your wishes!

My goal is to run another

My goal is to run another 10k. I'm doing it New years Day so I'll be done early.

You've already been there,

You've already been there, done that, Ram. What about after that?

  I'm seriously considering

I'm seriously considering doing Mind the Ducks this year. Depending on my schedule and the schedules of potential babysitters.

Other than that; between work, school, kids, Cub Scouts, swimming... I don't have lots of time to make up goals that I may or may not be able to meet, I don't need the extra pressure. But, if I do something I think could have been a goal I'll post it.
