: 1hr ~45 min in the pool, about the first 45 min of which was spent getting kids to remember how to do laps, getting my son to learn bilateral breathing, doing "quick" laps in between to stay warm.

I have good intentions about starting my super early morning runs, tomorrow, maybe even.........................maybe......................
