Here's an update on my barefoot journey, which started in 2015 (inspired by, of course, Born to Run) and is now up to 3,000 miles of running, hiking, and walking. In recent months, I've learned a lot from reading Ken Bob Saxton's book on barefoot running, and just wish I'd read it much earlier...
