Anybody else realizing that your foot has grown. Just for kicks I tried on a pair of shoes, WOW. When I wore running sneakers 4 years ago I took a size 7.5! Now I take an 8.5! Was kind of a fun experiment. All this barefoot running has made my feet stronger and wider.
10 pts. trick or treating BF 5pt. for pic. (Should get extra point for BF in cold (it was 36 degrees) Walked about a mile took about 1 1/2 hours.) 10 pt. BF in the bar 5 pt. for pic. (Bar was VERy empty on 10/31!) Bar tender was a hoot! Bored probably.:)
Finished my second barefoot marathon on Sunday. WOW. It was a beautiful day for running in Maine. Almost perfect actually. We started out with a stlight drizzle and about 50 degrees. But it cleared up and became a perfect fall day. It was a little windy but not in a way that slowed me down but...
