Where can I get a set of those fine snow pants with the reindeer fur, or whatever it was? I saw them on the pictures of the guys ice fishing on the fjord.

Higher quality down but still with a Hyvent shell. I failed to recognise it in black as we only sold it in the garish two-tone offerings!
The two tone version is horrible.
Been giving it a very hard time over the years... it stands up resonably well to most conditions, for multi day wintertrips below -30C, it is a touch on the cold side though and I tend to go with the more traditional Greenlandic outerwear.
You work with outdoor clothing I would guess.
