Thanks Jim(s). Yeah when you work a muscle/fascia with your hands or a ball you typically want to stay off where the pain is the worse. So if you have heel pain, look for the points in the post tib or in the arch, or towards the toes. Mashing on the high intensity pain will just make it worse.
