Happy IBRD Everyone!

I changed my mind and ran just a little, just to contribute a little energy and be a part of the group. I also wanted to test the advice I had given someone, make absolutely sure. Went out, knees very stiff, just did a light run for maybe 50 feet, things are moving better.

Looking forward to my weekly Tuesday run!
I think IBRD has been going on for 14 years now.
