Hey everyone, I know this is mostly a running site, but I wondered what other activities you do barefoot?
Yesterday I did a 4 hour run/hike in Zion National Park. Mostly in Merrells, but one steep section I took them off and scrambled up the sandstone barefoot. I loved it. It was incredible how my feet could grip the rocks. I used to hate hiking, but now have found a way to really enjoy it. On the side of the trail, on way down, I saw a barefoot track. So I know there are others out there.
I have done several shorter hikes with my family barefoot and it is a way to keep the hike interesting.
So what other activities can be enhanced by being barefoot?
