I wanted to vote for the IBRD T-shirt contest, but I am not able to do it. There do not seem to be any bottons or the like. I was able to vote for the forum 'mark read' bobble thing.

When you go to the home page and click on Continue Reading at the lower bottom-right of the article, you don't see this at the top of the screen? Ram said the same thing, that he couldn't see it either.
No it looks like just the vote result page. I would upload a screen shot but I cannot upload it directly and if I need to find somewhere else it get too time consuming.
