Hey Kozz, just curious, what's your weekly routine?Moleskin turned out to be effective at protecting the peeled areas. Surprisingly it didn't come unstuck even at top speed.
other than that you don't really work out.......lol3 workouts a week, usually
) an abbreviated tempo run, typically 3k at about 4 min/k
) 3x1k progressive cruise intervals, lately 3:49 to 3:17
) track repeats, 200 to 600, lately 27's, 59-62, 1:39-1:41
After each workout I add distance for a total of about 8k for the day.
often an hour bike ride at HR 130-160 to replace long runs.
and two upper body workouts, usually not on running days.
