Hello!
I'm getting ready to run my first 24 hour race in December. I've done a 50 mile trail race, but the 24 hour is a different animal. It is a bit over a mile loop course. I'm training on a fat-enabled/keto style diet. I'm working on the long and slow heart rate training methods of Phil Maffetone.
I welcome any input from those of you who have done a timed race like this event.
