Week 19 Mileage Reporting ( May 6 to May 12 )

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Wednesday at 4:30 am. It was cloudy so, no stars. we heard some owls.

Great to get out!

We did a 3 mile run Saturday at 5:00 am. We heard lots of owls and lots of whippoorwills. There was a really wonderful sunrise.

We did a 3 mile run Sunday at 6:30 am. It was too late for owls. We heard and saw lots of song birds.

Another great time out there!!

3.7 miles at Presque Isle on Monday. I was hoping for 4.3 but cut it short because my soles were getting pretty tender. The trail is still covered with tree sap which gets on your soles and then every little sharp pebble sticks to them…
On Sunday I did a 4.3 mile beach run which was a little kinder to my feet.
