Windy

Did my usual out and back to Harbins park...sunny and windy 60's still very nice. Wasn't much motivated today, worked on cars for several hours yesterday and I'm sore some today but it didn't hamper my running much. Pavement still was feeling plenty rough the first 2 or 3 miles... this road always reminds me its the roughest around here...had to run the white lines plenty. Strong head wind all the way back made me work a bit harder than normal...didn't really notices the tail wind on the way out. I think I'm going to start throwing more trail running in the mix sooner than later this year...maybe run the Merrell Down and Dirty race again this year.
