Usual route over to Harbins park and back, warmer and sunny but still fine. I'm going to stick with this route for awhile, the rough pavement is just right for fine tuning the running form and sole conditioning. The MAFF heartrate is just 2 or 3 beats lower than where body just wants to be... so I'm letting the heartrate go a bit higher than MAFF which is bringing my average up just a bit.
