Very easy, mini, indoor, reverse triathlon for me today. 3km run, 16km cycle, 1.25km swim in ~ 1:15 Very refreshing to swim after all the sweaty stuff! =D
Did a barefoot 5k in the rain, hit every puddle I could. Still going easy on my foot since it is still a tad sore. Amazing to me how much my definition of an easy pace changed in my first year of running again.
