3 miles on Monday with sunshine and temps mid-40's. I noticed that not many leaves are left up in the trees, so I guess the next thing to contend with will be snow. This was a good run. I think that if I continue to feel good I will try running in the local Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving. I have never participated in this event because we are usually out of town for Thanksgiving.
I hope so!
I used to run a race sponsored by a local Penn State branch campus that was an ice cream run. You got your choice of flavors of Penn State Creamery ice cream after the race. That was a great event!
Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Tuesday at 4:30 am. It was partly cloudy but I could see lots of stars in the open sections. We spotted one skunk.
Really fun outing!
We did a 4 mile run at 5:15 am. It was 48 deg. f. with no wind. It was really foggy in spots and still partly cloudy (so I could see stars). We saw rabbits and horses. At the end I caught a great sunrise.
