Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Tuesday at 5:30 am. It was 83 deg. with light wind. The sky was clear with lots of stars. We spotted cows laying down. Really great outing!
We did a 3 mile run at 6:00 am. It was 68 deg. f. with a nice breeze. it was dark at the start with stars and a small moon. At the end was a great sunrise. We spotted horses and cows. Great time out!!!!
I did two 5.1 mile runs this week on the Outer Banks of North Carolina; one on Tuesday and one on Saturday.I saw a lot of little shore birds and 3 protected sea turtle nests. Both were really enjoyable runs on fine packed sand. The weather was a little uncomfortable with temps in the 80's and dew points in the mid 70's
