I'm envious. Someday I'll have to invest in a proper Olympic set-up.Its working great, its like an entirely different deadlift. Much more squatish. I can finally do shrugs again too.
What leg stuff? Can't you just use the straps?
I'll need the handles for
reverse flies and
pull overs
I'll be using the straps for
walk-up handstands,
pendulum,
pikes, &
crunches.
I've been using a thigh strap with a chain hooked up to my cable machine, but I think the gear I just ordered will work better for the leg stuff, and it has a door stopper too, which will be good for the walk-up handstands, which should be a great finishing exercise on my shoulder and lats st day.
