TRX / Suspension / sling strength training

Its working great, its like an entirely different deadlift. Much more squatish. I can finally do shrugs again too.
I'm envious. Someday I'll have to invest in a proper Olympic set-up.
What leg stuff? Can't you just use the straps?

I'll need the handles for

reverse flies and
pull overs

I'll be using the straps for

walk-up handstands,
pendulum,
pikes, &
crunches.

I've been using a thigh strap with a chain hooked up to my cable machine, but I think the gear I just ordered will work better for the leg stuff, and it has a door stopper too, which will be good for the walk-up handstands, which should be a great finishing exercise on my shoulder and lats st day.
 
Now, I just watched that first video Willie posted, couldn't you just save some money and use rope to do this? Seems to me it would be a hell of a lot cheaper. These exercises are definitely intriguing though. I think I would rather use rope because when I get bored with these type exercises the rope is reusable for something else. ;)
