Ej is a human who melted from a large glacier in the highlands of Norway. He is the sole representative of his people, a hunting and gathering band who roamed the interglacial moutain and forest regions of northern Norway, ca 30,000 years BP. He has many interesting things to say about many subjects, not least of which is barefoot running. Ej does not run recreationally, rather he runs in the course of his days, still hunting and gathering in the forests of the modern world.
