It's been a while.

Almost 10 months without posting anything on this forum. It's nothing personal... I was just dealing with work crap and a few injuries that kept me sidelined and away from BFR and BFRS for far too long.

Anyway... I'm back and super excited to be posting and more importantly running in the bare again.

I hope everyone has been well.

If this was a real pub... I'd offer to buy a round... but this will have to do....
