New Colors and Sizes for Prio

A few months ago, women got an additional Prio color, Lilac. Now there's a new men's color, too: Charcoal/Red.

What's next?
Wow, where to begin?
2017 was both an amazing and frustrating year for us. Business boomed. Sales for all of our products, especially the Prio and the new Coalton and DayLite Hiker were through the roof. Over 1,100 people became "Xerowners" by investing in our company and helping us raise over $1,000,000 which we used to grow our business and buy more inventory.
But the boom was so big we couldn't keep up with it. If you understand business, you know that rapid growth can cause many problems. "Good" problems, but problems nonetheless.
If you were one of the people who didn't get a response fast enough, or helpful enough, please accept our apologies.
Our neighborhood in Colorado has the lowest unemployment rate in the country, and we simply couldn't hire people fast enough. And flu season hit our team, too, during the busiest time of the year.
Adding to the stress, our third-party warehouse went out of business, and our new warehouse couldn't handle our growth and fired us after 3 months!
We scrambled, made our 2nd move (right after we got a giant shipment of products!) and now have our own warehouse up and running. In the last few weeks we got lucky and added some amazing new members to our Customer Happiness Team.
Lena and I feel confident that we can grow through 2018 and provide the level of service and care that Xero Shoes has been known for. We're not perfect, though, so if there's a problem, make sure to give us a shout and we'll do our best to help.
In addition to the new TerraFlex, be on the lookout for even more casual and performance shoes and sandals throughout the year. We just showed some of these products at the Outdoor Retailer trade show and the response was that our Chief Product Officer, Dennis, has really hit it out of park. So, stay tuned.
