Always interesting to read something about/from Dr. Lieberman. He uses a lot the phrase "Nothing in biology makes sense except in the light of evolution" [1] which really explains a lot who we are.

We still need to solve the puzzle between technology, comfort and ourselves. Barefoot running though cannot get simpler, no tech, no need for it, pure enjoyment.
