This is kind of odd, but i woke up one morning about 3 weeks ago and my forefoot on my right foot hurt. normally i dont get worried about this sort of thing, but its been 3 weeks now with only minimal improvement. these are the particulars 1) the pain is more of a dull pain in the forefoot 2) the more i move the more it hurts 3) any type of athletic activity makes it hurt a lot more 4) prolonged use makes it hurt a lot more 5) i have no clue what i did to mess it up 6) a friend told me to pull on each toe and if it hurt than its a broken bone, i did that and none hurt. just figured that might help
My current thinking is that its just a pulled muscle, but because of the duration of the injury with relatively no quantifiable healing i am getting rather worried. any insight would be awesome, im starting to consider going to the doctor and id rather not spend the money i dont have until ive heard from other people.
any advice (especially personal experience) would be awesome
