Today is my slated run day, and outside temp is a cool -31C, with a t 40 km/h wind!! Le brrrrr!! No dragging my ass today!!

Thursday it will be -10C however.....

It's 70F and rainy in St Louis, Missouri today. Crazy! Back to winter overnight.

Well, we're off! Was going to "dreadmill it", but my running partner (pictured in my avatar) threatened to pee on my tires if I did! Just looking for my most important piece of gear, my house keys!!
