I use it on my feet all the time for my TOFP. It doesn't have the same effect as on a large muscle, but it does reduce swelling. I would definitley try it, it comes from a plant and there are no side affects associated with it.

I use it almost every night on some damn thing or other

It's great stuff and also very effective as homeopathic pastilles (you can get them at Whole Foods). The pastilles have lactose in them and they make me sick to my stomach, but they are very effective.
