Go to "http://www.quickmeme.com/make/caption/#id=228699099&name=overly manly man"
Then you add your own caption and click on "save & share".
You then get a "tiny link" e.g. "http://qkme.me/3sji6j"
You then copy the last bit, in this case "3sji6j" and add it to the end of "http://i.qkme.me/" and add ".jpg" -> you then have the direct picture link -> in this case "http://i.qkme.me/3sji6j.jpg"

Sounds a little complicated but it works (I'm sure there's an easier way though)
