I think the claim that doing

I think the claim that doing 100-ups will do anything to your form are pretty lame. But they will do well to help your ability to lift your feet instead of push off...an essential skill for noobs to learn.

Probably won't help you set any PRs as claimed either.

Typical McDougall. Awesome article, but I could do without the ridiculous claims that form and 100-ups will solve all of your injury problems.
