Thanks for posting Miker. I appreciate this now that I've finally done my first BF trail run- yesterday- and I feel silly now that I was so scared to do it all these weeks!

Someone ran BF there yesterday a.m. and left their prints in the mud. I'm soo curious to know who it was.

  This is the kind of running

This is the kind of running I do all the time as there are several trails around where I live, some are alot more steeper and hilly. There's nothing like good trail running to experience different textures, and different temperatures under the bare feet. Great story!
