Mileage Reporting Week 5 (Jan 31 - Feb 06)

Boulder and I did 3 miles Monday.
We did 3 miles today (Tuesday). Both runs at 4:45 am with temperatures in the 50 deg. f. range.

We did 3 miles Wednesday. Probably the last run of the week for us due to the ice storm.

Managed another three runs this week-
7km, 7.5km, and then 14.5km at the weekend. All reasonably dry and not too cold either -so pretty good running conditions really. Am keeping quite a steady pace now at these distances, so feeling good right now..

2 runs last week- 4.1 miles on Tuesday and 4.2 miles yesterday ( Sunday ). Yesterday was not too bad with sun and temps in the upper 20's. Still being hindered in choice of route because of the huge snow piles everywhere, and much of my normal routes are not plowed. We've had almost 4 feet of snow in the last 3 weeks.
