    Ok
    Happy holidays to all.
I had a nice 6 mile run this morning (I also incorporated some upper body training along the way at the elementary school play ground and at a park).(the kids got the cool toys!)
66 deg. f. 88% Rh (storm is on the way).

I also had a great 6 mile run Tuesday.

Mon-Tues didn't do anything but crash after work. Sunday night got like 2 hours of sleep so struggled for a couple days after that. Wednesday after I got home and not having to get up at 4AM the next day I decided to at least stretch the legs with a 2 mile jog down the road and back.

On turkey day I got decent rest and after moving a 700 lb woodstove from garage to house to hearth by myself I decided I hadn't abused my body enough and went out for a sort of long run. Couldn't believe I was out on Thanksgiving with shorts, and sweating... it was a bit over 60ºF. Ran 11.26 miles ;) plus walked .5 cooldown.

Today I'm sore an aching, and because I was also sore and aching last night, I'm also tired now because I didn't sleep well. And now I'm starting nightshifts again. Hope to get something in Saturday, and maybe a longer run Sunday but depends how exhausted I am still.

Couple of nice early morning runs this week -3.8km midweek & 5.4km this morning.
The weather doesn't seem too bad, temperature wise at least, at the moment. So it's good to be able to get out without having to worry too much about frost, etc...
Passed the usual fishermen camped out on the edge of the lake this morning and a couple of other runners going through their paces (all shod, but all happy to say good morning). Very little wildlife around to see though...
Quite a good week I think...:)

Saturday was a bust but ran Sunday with Yvonne. Another sort-of long run, 12.4 miles. First week I've done two >10 mile runs in the same week this year I think, but unfortunately that was about all the running I did for the whole week. 26.15 miles total for the week.
