Boulder and I did a 3 mile run at 5:00 am. 60 deg. f. with 10 to 20 MPH winds. We are on the weather roller coaster! The roads were wet but no mist or rain. We heard some type of water foul crying out or yelling as we passed a pond on someone's land (really weird). Really enjoyable outing!!
2.9 miles at Presque Isle this afternoon on a not so bad late November day with temps in the upper 40's and not much wind. Saw a few walkers and 1 other runner. A small bird flew within a foot of my face while I was running; other than that, not much wildlife
We did a 3 mile run at 5:00 am. It was 50 deg. f. with 15 mph winds. totally cloudy (no star action). Some mornings I am on the fence about getting out (like today) but I am usually really glad I did. Great outing!!
3 miles around my neighborhood Sunday morning in cool dry conditions. Saw a couple of groups of walkers and some squirrels. Overall it was a good run.
We went on a 3.5 mile run Sunday at 7:00 am. It was 43 deg. f. with light winds. This run was around Waterloo lake (we have not been there for a bit). It is always a really great place for us. We love being able to get out there!!
