    Happy Monday!

Second day of summer and it's cold and wet in my neck of the woods. Yes, I understand this is all relative and it is probably much colder and wetter in parts of the northern hemisphere, but I think I have cause for complaint. Come on Summer!

Ran 6km on the street, spotted seven snails on the footpath and fortunately none of them ran past me.

Boulder and I got out at 6:00 am for a 8 mile run. The sunrise was spectacular this morning. I 'm glad I rolled out of bead and went out!

Took a short break this weekend at one of those 'parcs' where the only transport they allow on site is either a pushbike or your two feet. So I took the opportunity to do a 6km circuit one morning. -Beautiful run, nice and quiet, loads of wildlife and the weather wasn't too bad either!
Quite a hilly circuit in places, but a most enjoyable run... (only saw two other runners -both shod obviously, but you can't have everything can you...;):barefoot:).
