Nice 10km this morning -couple of times around the lake and surrounding area. Bit chilly today and dark for most of the route too (hoorah for the head torch!..). Ran by the usual group of keep-fit enthusiasts gathered beneath a streetlight -their numbers definitely start to dwindle around this time of year... But they still say hello, which is nice... No rain today so it was a good run in dry conditions...
We ran a cool 3 mile run Thursday at 4:45 am. not much wildlife out, the skies were very clear (lots of stars)
