Mileage Reporting Week 4 (Jan 22 - Jan 28)

5 mile run Tuesday at 5:00 am., 34 deg. f..
We did another 5 mile run Thursday at 5:00 am still in the mid 30 Deg. f. range.
We are mostly seeing rabbits and not much other wildlife.

A short 3 mile run for Boulder and I.
It was later in the morning than usual 6:30 am.
Nice sunrise, we spotted a hawk some cedar wax wings and heard one wood pecker.

I got .65 miles last Saturday. Was going for longer than that but it got a little cold.

Managed to get a couple of gym sessions in this week (including one with a 1km BF incline walk on the treadmill to cool down -nobody seemed to pay me much attention on the machine in the corner...).
Then back to the local parkrun at the weekend, so 5km on Saturday. Weather wasn't too bad. Bit muddy in places (that's still good fun!). Generally a reasonable run. Finished about 150th out of about 300 runners -that'll be Mr Average again!...
