Mileage Reporting Week 37 (Sept 7 - Sept 13)

Boulder and I went for 4 mile run at 5:00 am. It was 79 deg. f. with 79 % Rh. we spotted rabbits and heard lots of Owls. Great outing!

7.6km this morning.. perfect temperature and nice and dry.. good run..

Boulder and I went out for a 4 mile run Thursday. It was just after rain stopped, it was 57 deg. f. and 88% Rh.
we spotted more rabbits and heard more owls. (I never seem to get tired of hearing the screech owls)

10km yesterday morning. Nice steady pace & felt pretty good at the end -will try and sneak another one in over the weekend...

Boulder and I did a 8 mile run at 6:00 am. It was 73 deg. 78 % Rh.. Really great sunrise. Spotted Parrots, rabbits and many other birds.

12.8km today.. took it fairly slow today -all feeling good though..
Chap that passed me on a bike suggested I was ‘tough’... that made me giggle!
