Mileage Reporting Week 32 ( Aug 05 - Aug 11)

Boulder and I did two 3 mile runs so far this week. One Tuesday and one Thursday.
Both days we got out around 5:00 am and it was in the mid 80 degree ranges with the humidity in the 60% area.
Still nice to get out!!

On August 3 I walked 1.49 miles and August 4 I walked 1.26 miles.

We went out late 7:00 am Sunday morning for a 6 mile run.
It was a nice sunrise but it warmed up quickly.
Not many animal sightings but lots of folks running and on bikes.
