Three sessions so far for me this week-
5.75km on Monday morning (bit wet underfoot for a change that day!)
5.75km again on Wednesday (tried some interval sprints -concluded I'm not very good at sprinting)
7km this morning (back to running in the early morning sunshine at a steady pace -yep, that's more like it...)
Will try and get another one in over the weekend...
