Mileage Reporting Week 31 (Aug 1 - Aug 7)

Boulder and I did a 4 mile run today at 5:30 am. It was a quiet and peaceful run on the country road. We did hear one owl and saw a great sunrise.

We went out Thursday for a 4.5 mile run at 5:00 am. It was 85 deg. f. with light winds. There were lots of stars out in the beginning of the run. Near the end it was starting to get light from the sunrise.

We did a 4 mile run Sunday at 5:00 am. It was 80 deg. f. with light winds. Lots of stars again. Great sunrise. We spotted one armadillo and heard a few owls.

I did a 5 mile run on Tuesday and again on Saturday. Both were mid-day in heat and humidity but were enjoyable nonetheless. My left heel feels better after a week off. Lots of tourists at Presque Isle enjoying the height of Summer! Took a dip in 75 degree Lake Erie after my Saturday run to cool off. Excellent!
