Mileage Reporting Week 30 (July 24 - July 30)

5 mile run Tuesday.
6 .5 mile run Thursday at 5:30 am, 82 deg., f. 70% rh.
We heard a few screech owls and spotted lots of bats and rabbits.
We got out late so the sun was up at the end of the run so we were spotting lots of other birds.
All in all a very nice run.

Quite a good week for me:
4.6km on Monday morning
6.7km Wednesday
5km Saturday morning (parkrun)

Seem to have settled into a comfortable rhythm at the moment -not pushing the speed too much, just focusing on relaxing and getting out a bit more regularly. The body appears to prefer that approach! -all feeling good...

Sweet 8 mile run this morning at 5:30 am, 82 deg. f. 74% Rh.
Worked a little on flow.
We spotted one bat and one parrot.
As usual we spotted lots of other birds and rabbits.
One that is souring around when we are headed in is a Mississippi kite.
