Mileage Reporting Week 29 ( July 19- July 25 )

5.3 miles this morning- felt great going out and totally gassed coming back. But I made it and felt good afterward. Feet feeling good. Lots of bikers and morning walkers out, and heard lots of different birds out enjoying the nice Summer weather after a week of rain, rain, rain

Boulder and I did a 4 mile run today at 5:00 am. 74 deg. f. with 77% Rh. We heard one owl and saw lots of rabbits.

We did a 3 mile run Thursday at 5:00 am. Lots of owls and lots of rabbits. Really great outing.

So I’ve rested a bit this week -little bit of gym work and then out again this morning for 8.5km… pretty quiet route today and nice to be out with the wildlife again…

4.5 miles on Thursday evening after work- perfect weather with temps in the low 70's and low humidity. Felt more energetic than I usually do for an after-work weekday run.

Boulder and I did a 6 mile run at 6:00 am. there was a big huge moon even in the daylight. great sunrise. We spotted lots of rabbits and one lone parrot. it was 81 deg. f. with 70% Rh. no wind.

Really good outing!
