Mileage Reporting Week 29 (July 18 - July 24)

Boulder and I did 2 runs so far this week:
3 miles Tuesday.
4.5 miles Thursday.
Both runs at 5:00 am and upper 80 deg. f. with light winds.
We heard some owls and spotted some horses and cows.

Boulder and I had a fun filled 5 mile run Sunday at 6:00 am. There was a magnificent sunrise and I could still see a sliver of the moon. We caught the usual fare on this outing geese, horses, cows and lots of birds.

I love getting out there!!

I managed 3 runs this week- 4 miles on Monday, 4.25 miles on Thursday and 4.7 miles today ( Sunday ). I'm working on upping my pace some because I have found that this produces less soreness in my soles than slower runs over the same distance. Hampered somewhat this week by the heat and humidity which we have not had much of this Summer up till now. Also developed a case of plantar fasciitis in my left heel which I have been icing. Lots of tourists this week taking advantage of the Summer weather.
