Mileage Reporting Week 26 ( Jun 24 - Jun 30)

We went out for a 3 mile run Tuesday at 5:00 am mid 70 deg. f. Temperatures.
We had a very nice outing!

6.1km yesterday morning along the local paths..
Started to notice a niggling little pain across the top of my left foot.. so might have to restrict myself to the gym for a while to rest it (doesn’t seem to hurt at all on the cross trainer...)

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Friday at 5:00 am. Great view of the moon

Went out for a 3 mile run Sunday after 6:00 am, the sun was just coming up and it wasn't too hot.
